User Comments:

Just wanted to let you know that I am in receipt of letter from the OFCCP indicating that the compliance evaluation audit has been closed. I received the letter yesterday stating that a review of our AAP and support data has resulted in this closure.

I really appreciated your time and patience in helping me with the use of the software. Your assistance and willingness to go the “extra” mile really made a difference.

Please share this with Ben. It was his continued support and encouraging words that I “would be able to complete the AAP” with the use of the software that got me through it.

Thanks again for such a wonderful product and excellent customer service!!!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I want you to know that today we just received great news from our client. We do 26 plans for this client and they usually have several audits a year. In 2002 they had three audits. The first one of those audits was also the first plan I did and there was an on-site in Miami. They ended up with a conciliation agreement (through no fault of the software, of course).

The exciting part is that today I heard that the second of the two other audits only went as far as the desk audit - there were no on-sites for two of the three audits.

I have worked with this client for 12 years and through all of their prior audits. I am firmly convinced that much of the reason the plans did not go to on-site is because of the plan and the way the information is presented by your software. The prior third-party company that was handling the plans used a software that was very different and auditors were ALWAYS cranky about the way the plan was presented. I remember sitting in many audits where there was ongoing wrangling with the rep from the third-party preparing the plans and the auditor about the way the information was presented.

Anyway, I wanted you to know that although I am a perfectionist, I overall am happy with the software because the OFFCP is happy. We always want to keep the OFCCP happy!

Good Job Yocom & McKee!

Features
Simple to operate menus and data entry screens guide even the most novice planner through the planning process.

On-screen tutorials provide instant help anywhere in the program. Completing next year's AAP can be as easy as updating your internal work force information.

• A convenient toolbar located at the top of the screen to allow quick access to the most common tasks.

• Can totally eliminate all data entry by importing employee information from your mainframe or microcomputer system! At least fifteen different spreadsheet, word processing, database, and other software formats can be imported and exported!

• Unique, time saving error checking function checks imported and hand-keyed data for inconsistencies, missing information, or errors.

• Handles multiple location plans. The Complete AAP performs equally as well for organizations with hundreds or thousands of employees. You are only limited by the amount of hard disk space available on your personal computer.

• Prints all of the necessary reports (and more) in the format required by the federal government and are ready to place in your final affirmative action plan.

• Reports can be previewed on-screen before printing. View the entire page or zoom in on any portion of the report for easy readability.

• Most reports can also be displayed graphically, using pie and bar charts! These graphs are customizable and can be printed or copied to the Windows clipboard for import into many other software packages.

• Correctly deals with employees reporting to off-site managers and employees who are hired at one facility, but working at another who must be annotated in some reports, and excluded from other reports.

• Includes a Compensation analysis feature which follows OFCCP practices, includong the ability to perform a Salary Regression analysis. A Salary Regression lets you precisely determine which employment factors are most important in determining salary.

• An audit feature checks your data and suggests changes to make in your plan more compliant with current OFCCP policies and practices. The suggestions are based on items we have found often make a difference between a finding of compliance and problems during an audit.

• A Line of Progression report can be created printed that satisfies a frequent request by the OFCCP during audits.

Other new powerful features include:
