Highlights of The Complete AAP 8.1:

  1. Easy user interface. Multiple data entry/edit windows can be concurrently opened so that department, job, job group, and employee data can be changed simultaneously.
  2. Salary Compensation Analysis. The Complete AAP 8.1 not only uses the same tests as the OFCCP so you are prepared for any audit, but also goes beyond by allowing you to run a Multiple Regression Analysis. This test gives you the ability to isolate the cause of any pay disparity alleged by the OFCCP.
  3. Network support. The Complete AAP 8.1 can be installed on your computer, but data files for your plan can be stored where you choose. Plans can be accessed  from a network server, your hard drive or both. Plans can be declared public or private for security.
  4. Improved Importing. The Complete AAP 8.1 detects both the type of file you are importing and order of the data. Many new data formats are supported. You may even choose to import activity data for the Adverse Impact Analysis reports!
  5. Internal Audit Report. This new feature gives you the assurance that the data in your plan will produce a compliant AAP. It examines the data you have entered and searches for commonly missed items, such as: whether a manager or supervisor is assigned to each department, consistency in salary

data, and that dates for employee data, activity data and goals are consistent.

  1. New Utilities. Transferring data to a new computer has been streamlined. Updates from our web site can be directly downloaded. All the plans created in Complete AAP 6.x can be seamlessly upgraded.
  2. Equal Opportunity Survey. Effortlessly meet OFCCP's requirement to submit this report annually. (Will be included when final format is approved)
  3. 2 Factor Availability Analysis. The Complete AAP 8.1 not only completes this new report, but helps you develop the required rationale language for each factor.
  4. Annotations for the Job Group and Workforce Analysis reports identify employees who work for an off-site manager, employees hired through other locations or working at other locations. The Annotations make it easy to meet OFCCP's new Corporate Initiative expansion.
  5. Line of Progression Report. This report meets the requirement in OFCCP's Notice of Compliance Evaluation letter.
  6. Print all Reports. From a single window, you can choose to print any or all the reports! All reports have user definable titles and footers so you can further customize the look of each report.
