without the expense of an on-site visit!
If you choose Yocom & McKee, Inc. to create your affirmative action plan,
we will process your employment data and send preliminary reports for your
review. At this time we also discuss how you hire employees for each job group.
Detailed instructions will be included to assist you.
The preliminary reports, which you have verified, and recruitment information
are entered into our system. Your finished plan is sent to you for final
approval. Instructions for implementing the plan and additional obligations
as affirmative action employer are included with the plan.
