The Assessment of Outreach and Recruitment Activities for Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities report lists the recruitment activities your company participated in during the past year to attract qualified veterans and individuals with disabilities as applicants. The activities may be ongoing or onetime events. These activities may include career fairs within your local community or on college campuses, contacts with organizations with a focus on veterans or individuals with disabilities and job postings with a variety of agencies including your state employment agency.

Each assessment includes the following:

1. The name of the activity;
2. The date of the activity;
3. The description of the activity; and
4. The evaluation of the activity including the number of applicants and hires.

What should you look for? You should review the lists to determine if all of your activities are included and your evaluation of each event demonstrates the value of the activity for your company.
