Workforce Analysis Report (Annotations)

The Workforce Analysis Report (Annotations) follows the Workforce Analysis Report lists the total number of males, females, whites and minorities in each job and department who work at your facility and report to or are hired through another facility. Employees who work at other facilities and report to or are hired through yours are also shown. These employees should be included in the plan for the facility they report to or are hired through.

The example above shows that Driver "Reports to/hired by Dallas, TX and works at Denver, CO". This indicates that this employee will be included in the workforce of the Dallas plan which covers his supervisors work location. The annotation "Reports to/hired by Denver, CO and works at Dallas, TX" for the Software Engineer shown in the example indicates that the employee statistics will be incorporated in the Denver plan because the supervisor works in Denver.

What should you look for?

Review the annotations to determine that they are correct for the employee.
